Activities are present on most weekends throughout the spring, summer, and autumn. The Daviess Martin Joint Parks Department will have programming staff on site to provide activities for our youth and we invite everyone to enjoy the special holidays such as July 4th and Halloween through campsite decorations!

Dogwood Lake is one of the most popular fishing destinations in southern Indiana. There is a wonderful opportunity to catch a limit of nice crappie, bass, catfish, and a large mess of big bluegills. After spending the day on the lake, come back to your level campsite to relax, cook some magnificent food over the flame, and share stories with family and friends. It is also a peaceful and scenic area for kayaking and canoeing. Boaters do not need a DNR permit, but fisherman are required to have a valid fishing license.
