Facility Rules

(NON-CAMPGROUND)

  • All vehicles must have a window tag displayed in the front windshield to verify payment of entrance.
  • Vehicles should not be parked at a location that hinders accessibility to any portion of the facility.
    • This includes but not limited to:
      • Sidewalks
      • Restrooms
      • Fishing Pier
      • Courtesy Docks
      • Shelters
      • Camping Sections
      • In front of Service Gates at office and restaurant.
    • Vehicles left unattended in these areas will be towed at the owners’ expense.
    • Vehicles should be parked on gravel or in designated parking areas.
  • Pets must remain on a leash or tether. They are NOT to be left unattended in any location or vehicle. Pets are not allowed at the beach.
  • Children under the age of 13 should always be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 13 will NOT be allowed to be at our facility without adult supervision.
  • Shelters are allowed to be used without reservation, however if the shelter is reserved for use individuals must vacate the structure upon request.
  • NO FISHING from the following locations:
    • The boating courtesy docks located at the boat ramp. These docks are strictly for boater access.
    • The boat renal slip area. This area is strictly for persons with boats located in these slips.
    • The boat ramps.
    • At the beach area inside of the yellow boundary or off of the diving platform.
    • Other people’s campsites.
  • Must have a valid IN State Fishing License.
  • Must abide by IN State Fishing regulations
  • Swimming:
    • Swimming at your own risk in the lake.
    • Lifeguards are NOT on duty.
    • Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
    • Know the dangers of swimming.
    • Golf carts should NOT be on the beach.
    • No swimming after dark!
    • DO NOT use liferings unless emergency. Removing liferings for any reason other than emergency use can be treated as a criminal act if an emergency arises. Anyone removing devices may be asked to leave the property.
    • Shower houses are to be used by campers only. The exception is the beach house.
