Need motivation to exercise, ready to get fit, or training for a 5k walk/run? Join our fun way to get outside, create walking goals, and connect with others in the community at our weekly Walking & Jogging Club!
Classes will include trail walks/runs and interval training to increase strength and endurance.
Class will meet on Saturday mornings at the West Boggs Park Activity Center.
Participants will receive a $2 Walk-in Pass for gate entrance each week. The class is free.
Childcare is available during class hours at the West Boggs Park Activity Center (minimum age of 4).
