Credit and Background Check Information:

The following information is being collected because you are applying for a long term (more than 30 days) rental agreement with West Boggs Park. Approval of this application may result in the creation of an open account in which credit is extended to you for services associated with a publicly owned activity. Providing this information allows your application to be pre-screened for approval and may prevent delays in your selection for rental of a site. Failure to provide this information now may result in additional delays as the information will have to be secured later and may cause loss of opportunity due to other parties being moved into the program faster.

In addition to credit information, we need to be able to provide a reasonably safe, secure and family friendly environment for all our visitors. For that reason we will check applicants criminal background for such components as, but not limited to, listing on sexual and violent offenders registries, basic criminal checks etc.

By completing this section of the application you are certifying that you give the Daviess-Martin Joint County Parks & Recreation Department and West Boggs Park permission to investigate and evaluate your consumer credit reports, criminal background information and personal and business references; including banks and credit card companies, credit monitoring services and all public records. The electronic application is processed through a secure connection, but you may also print out the form and mail it or bring it to the gatehouse.

Upon entry in the program, we will also require proof of current BMV registration.
