Reservation Policy (West Boggs Park only)

Charges

Reservations will now include a $4 fee per site for our Lake Enhancement Fund.

All reservations must be paid in full at the time they are made. Cash, check, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are acceptable forms of payment.

All weekly rates are only for consecutive days on the same site.

One picnic table is allowed per campsite. Use of available extra tables is $10/table. DO NOT REMOVE TABLES FROM NEIGHBORING SITES. THIS WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CAMPING CHARGES.

Any site that requires immediate maintenance upon departure, will result in additional camping fees and possibly termination from park privileges. This includes trash, removal of fire-rings, removal of picnic tables, debris, personal property, etc.

 

Reservation Restrictions

Each separate group of dates will require separate reservations.

Only 3 sites can be reserved per person, per day.

Reservations are limited to a two week stay. Campers must pull out for 48 hours or more before returning to the park to camp.

Transferring sites is allowed, however an additional fee may be applied depending on the fee of the new site.

 

Campsite and Lodging Restrictions

For every one campsite, there can only be one RV and one Tent, or two tents

Two camper vehicle passes are issued per campsite. Additional vehicles are subject to park entry fees.

ALL vehicles must have a tag in the window of vehicle while in the park. Please DO NOT give your tag to another vehicle.

Camping and cabin rentals are restricted to persons 18 years of age or older. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during overnight stays.

Campsites or lodging rentals must be renewed or vacated by 2:00PM. Renewals are subject to availability. Failure to vacate by 2:00PM will result in additional camping fees.

Failure to arrive on scheduled date will result in the site being held until Noon on the following day. Failure to arrive or contact the park will result in forfeiture of all funds and the site will reopen.

Cabins and camping trailers have a check-in time of 2 PM or after and must be vacated by 12 NOON the day of departure. Failure to check out by NOON will result in additional camping fees.

 

Boating and Golfcart Fees During Reservation

When staying at the park, those who bring a boat or golfcart must buy the appropriate pass that will last for the whole reservation.

Holiday weekend reservations have a three (3) day minimum. This includes Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day; does not apply to Easter, or Halloween.

West Boggs Park accepts reservations at any time for the current camping season along with the next camping season. Confirmed reservations for future seasons will NOT be subject to future rate changes.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than ten (10) days prior to arrival date will receive NO refund, credit, or transfer.

No-Shows will NOT be allowed to transfer dates.
